SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within the following timeframes:
- Spain & EU: 3-5 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
- US & UAE: 10-15 business days
Orders ship from Spain or our EU fulfillment centers. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high volumes, there may be slight delays. If significant delays occur, we will inform you via email.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address. There is a limited window to correct an address after ordering. Contact us immediately at info@cesaregaspari.eu if there's an error.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may incur actual logistics costs which will be deducted from the refund.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Cesare Gaspari is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us at info@cesaregaspari.eu.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. A pre-paid return label is included in your order. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund: Spain €5 · EU €15 · UK/US/UAE calculated at checkout.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
For out-of-stock items, we wait for all items to be available before dispatching. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
ADDITIONAL POLICY FOR REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED ORDERS
If an order qualified for free shipping due to exceeding €150 but was not accepted or collected, the initial shipping cost covered by Cesare Gaspari will be deducted from the refund. Free shipping is only applicable for fully accepted and completed orders.
For uncollected or refused parcels, actual logistics costs incurred (including return shipping and handling) will be deducted from the refund.
Customers who repeatedly refuse or abandon orders may be required to prepay for future shipping costs or may have their accounts restricted from placing further orders.
