- Flat Rate Delivery: Enjoy a simple, flat delivery fee on all orders — just €7.99 for deliveries across Europe and €4.99 for shipments within Spain. No matter how many items you order or your destination, the delivery cost remains the same!
Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. Typically, your order will be processed and dispatched within two working days. Delivery times depend on the courier service and the destination. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times:
- Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland: 2 days
- Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Croatia: 3 days
- France, Italy, Spain, Sweden: 4 days
- Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria: 5 days
- Greece, Cyprus, Malta: 6-8 days

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address: UPS, DHL, SEUR, Correos, GLS, Eurohermes, DPD.
My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
What are your shipping costs?
For orders under €150, we offer a flat delivery rate of €7.99 for the EU, €4.99 for Spain and €20 for the UK, regardless of the number of items or the destination country.
