Refund policy

Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Cesare Gaspari purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Items must have the original Cesare Gaspari security tag attached. Removing the tag voids your right to return.
  • Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund (see fees below).
  • If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Your order includes a pre-paid return label. To return an item:

  1. Notify us at info@cesaregaspari.eu or via our customer support chat to register your return.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Attach the pre-paid return label included in your original order.
  4. Drop off the package at the carrier's designated drop-off point indicated on the label.
  5. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund. If you haven't heard from us within 14 days, please contact info@cesaregaspari.eu.

Return Shipping Fees

Return costs are deducted from your refund:

  • Spain: €5
  • EU Countries: €15
  • US, UAE, UK: Shipping + Duties calculated at checkout

Refund Process & Timelines

Returns from EU typically take 2–8 business days to reach our warehouse, excluding customs clearance delays. Returns from US & UAE typically take 10–15 business days.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

IMPORTANT: We do not refund original shipping fees or issue refunds to third parties.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original item and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund so you can repurchase immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@cesaregaspari.eu. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the legal right to cancel and return your shipped order within 14 days of delivery — no reason required. This applies to all EU customers under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Additional Policy for Unaccepted or Uncollected Orders

If an order qualified for free shipping due to exceeding €150 but was not accepted or collected, the initial shipping cost covered by Cesare Gaspari will be deducted from the refund.

For uncollected or refused parcels, actual logistics costs incurred (including return shipping and handling) will be deducted from the refund.

Customers who repeatedly refuse or abandon orders may be required to prepay for future shipping costs or may have their accounts restricted from placing further orders.
