Refund policy

Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Cesare Gaspari purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Cesare Gaspari is not responsible for lost return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your refund is processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund. If you haven’t heard from us within 14 days, please contact info@cesaregaspari.eu.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ( €5 Spain/ €15 for EU/ €20 for UK).

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your order:

Access the Return Portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the return request.

Select the Items You Want to Return

Choose the Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, item defective).

Choose how you’d like to be refunded:

Money back (refund to original payment method)

Select Your Return Shipping Method from the available options.

Click Confirm to submit your return request.

Print the return label provided & Send Your Return

Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Drop off the package at the selected return location.

Return Shipping Fees

Return costs are deducted from your refund:

 • Spain: €5

EU Countries: €15

UK: €20

Free returns if the item was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process & Timelines

Returns typically take 2–8 business days to reach our warehouse, excluding any customs clearance delays.

Processing & Refund Time:

Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund.

We do not refund original shipping fees or issue refunds to third parties.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Simply return the original item via the Return Portal and place a new order.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund so you can repurchase immediately.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@cesaregaspari.eu. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery—no reason required.

Additional Policy for Unaccepted or Uncollected Orders

If an order qualified for free shipping due to exceeding €150 but was not accepted or collected, the initial shipping cost covered by Cesare Gaspari will be deducted from the refund. Free shipping is only applicable for fully accepted and completed orders.

For uncollected or refused parcels, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value may be applied to cover packaging, handling, and logistics expenses. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

Customers who repeatedly refuse or abandon orders may be required to prepay for future shipping costs or may have their accounts restricted from placing further orders.
